Draper Utah Wedding- Sabrina + Nate
A Day Filled With Genuine Connection, and Elegant Beauty
From the moment we arrived at their venue, we knew Sabrina and Nate’s wedding day was going to be something full of genuine connection, fun, and the most elegant details.
The Couple + Their Story
Sabrina and Nate are truly some of the most genuine and fun people you will ever meet. Their story started in such a unique way: Nate was actually Sabrina’s teacher in the MTC while she prepared for her mission to Taiwan. After she returned home, their paths crossed again—they started dating and fell in love!
I actually met and become good friends with Sabrina in college, so getting to celebrate this chapter of their journey was a JOY! Working together, Chase and I were constantly reminded of just how fun and loving these two are.
Their Experience Working With Us
Working with them felt so natural and easy. We laughed the entire day and connected with them in such a genuine way—it truly felt like spending time with long-time friends rather than clients!
The Wedding
Their day began with a soft, elegant atmosphere—every detail perfectly curated without ever feeling overdone. From the classic black-and-white palette to subtle pops of color, the style of the day was timeless and beautiful.
The backyard setup was stunning. Every detail was thought of… from the bows in the bridesmaids’ hair to the hanging lights and lanterns. It felt elevated yet relaxed, classy but warm—exactly the kind of setting that reflects who Sabrina and Nate are!
Portraits
During portraits, it was a dream photographing them. Natural, in love, and fully present with each other. Their connection is so easy and sincere, and it shows in every photo!
Reception
With The Penguin Brothers Ice cream truck, and an assortment of fruits and finger food, guests LOVED the food selection. One of the classiest touches was the professional cello player who played as guests gathered before the dance party kicked off. It added such a serene, beautiful layer to the evening and perfectly matched the elegance of the day.
Once the music switched over and the dancing began, the energy shifted in the best way—stress- free, joyful, and FUN.
Helpful Notes for Future Couples
One thing we loved most about this wedding was how comfortable the couple felt. Nothing was rushed, nothing felt stiff. They also stuck together as much as possible! If there was a task one of them needed to do, they tackled it together. Your wedding day lasts for ONE DAY of your life, so make sure to experience it together.
